This course is focused on the importance of communication in the process of socialization. Knowledge and skills in concepts of communication, socialization, human relations, teamwork, customer service are discussed. Emphasis on the value of contributions made to society by the elderly, free of prejudice and negative stereotypes. In addition, the intervention of the caregiver to demonstrate effective communication and socialization in the relationship with clients, health professionals and family members.
